Re:fresh is an informal café style church service held in the barn next to the Church in Charing. We all sit around tables, drinking coffee, tea, and squashes, and there is always a chance to chat and socialise. There are always biscuits and cakes on the tables to eat. The Re:fresh service, which is relaxed and sociable, will usually feature a few modern worship songs and a short talk relevant to life today. Re:fresh is at 11am on the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Sundays of each month. On the 4th Sunday each month we share communion in an informal but worshipful way.
This service is extremely family friendly but appeals to all age groups. The service lasts just over half an hour. For more information phone the Rector, Rev. Sheila on 01233 712598 or just turn up to be refreshed!
