Marianne is an English teacher by trade, with many years experience in Secondary and Further Education. After a career break for health reasons, she now combines part-time teaching with writing. As a self-described ‘ME recoverer’ she has written and published a book on ME called ‘Be Free of ME – a Healing Journey’.

Passionate about young people, planes, hot air balloons and all things Canadian, Mim is originally from Egerton but defected to Charing where she worships at the 9:30 service (if she gets up in time…) and/or the Re:Fresh service at 11. When not surrounded by youff or aviation things, Mim is often found in the cinema, McDonald’s, the pub or driving in her car to random places…
