A wealthy man and his son loved to collect rare works of art. They had everything in their collection, from Picasso to Raphael. They would often sit together and admire the great works of art.. When the Vietnam conflict broke out, the son went to war. He was very courageous and died in battle while rescuing another soldier. The father was notified and grieved deeply for his only son. All seven churches of the G7 Benefice are looking forward to welcoming Sheila as the G7′s new Rector at her Licensing Service on Monday 12th March at 7pm at Charing Church.
For anyone who hasn’t been to one of these services they are a joyous event celebrating the official start of a priest’s new ministry. It’s very much history in the making, so be part of it.
